~*keeping weekend lively

The past few weekends have been a flurry of social outings. A friend from the industry I worked in got married and we were invited to witness their grand wedding of over 80+ tables in a very large hotel ballroom.

I’ve known the couple and their parents through work for a brief period of time but he knew them way way back and we’re really happy with how everything worked out for them.

The wedding was grand but slightly impersonal but I had fun catching up with my ex-colleagues and the people from my past work place.

Just a picture of us fooling around getting ready.

As with every year, Ms. Celebration has to prep her day for some form of occasion be it a beach holiday or a salsa club. But as the year made a turn over for her, she decided this year will be spent quietly with the few people who have always been to the yearly party. This is, by the way, minimum 4 pax maximum 7 pax. So it was very intimate with lots of laughs, discussion, deep thoughts and a giant cake with a nudist behind it.

I think we did well this year.
