~*e-mail

oh dear...

was mulling over my empty inbox and wondering when my next e-mail would come in...

and then i received 8 unread mails! overnight! and was pretty excited when i saw who it was from...
of course, it took me some time to register who John was...

John, John, John...and then
*snap*
JOHN!
It's John!

OH MY!...how i have absolutely forgotten everything!
John, my neighbour while i was bunking in the apartment in Forsterei Str.
he, who invited me to go for wine tasting to teach me a thing or two about wine and it's contents.
I must have left out he's a Professor who takes agriculture to a whole new level!
John, who always spoke to me in terrible German and would go on for days about his wife and kids!
and how we would curse the weather and brace the strong winds together as we walk back.
he was such a big softie!
He's three times my size, big and intimidating
but speaks with such a slow drawl that instantly cast away your initial fear!
our best conversation ever was where to get cheap groceries!
*LOL*
(I actually even drew him a map to the grocer's in Dresden where you buy dirt cheap groceries ;p)

today, was *bla* day!
i was scheduled for an interview at 2.30 p.m. at this certain organization
fine!
i'm a very punctual person and ask Chiams, she'd agree with you ;D
so i was there before it was even 2.30!
that, never mind!
The organization was a maze and i had to look for the HR department
which to my horror, the security guard took me to the scariest nook and corner (with water pipings, narrow damp lanes, smelly staircase and past the water hydrant) to get to the HR Department to the point i was even mapping out an escape plan in case things go wrong and i had to flee!

Thank goodness i saw an office beyond all that and calmed my nerves!
so, that also, NEVER MIND
2.30 p.m. ...
2.45 p.m. ...
3.00 p.m. ....

*maybe they're busy*
still, NEVER MIND

3.15 p.m ...

*bugger! what the *@#$!% are they doing!!!*

3.30 p.m. ...

by then, my patience is running out! Absolutely low on patience and would have gone absolutely overboard if i did not need to maintain cool and lady-like...
so...i continued waiting

3.45 p.m

cannot tahan by then...went to the receptionist and blew off some steam on him and he said he can't do anything...

4.00 p.m. = *boiling point*

i picked up my handbag
walked to the receptionist
demanded for a pen and paper
scrawled my name and a note as to why i left
and
I LEFT.

and i hope they won't re-schedule another interview for me
i can't stand people who aren't punctual or doesn't even have the decency to at least come out to tell me to wait.
or something, anything!
*grrr*
