the past week has been immensely tiring
it's the one thing to attend classes, but it's another case editing our corporate video assignment
getting myself seated at our Film&TV Lab by 10 am
(do consider driving to Cyberjaya takes up at least 45 minutes-not inclusive of finding a parking since i've decided to skimp on my parking this semester)
and only leaving my campus at 9pm.

esp when Cyber's dead by then
for 3 days in a row (2 more days coming up...and dreading it!)

so for the first day
we went looking for Linda, our lab technician to get our terminal for editing
she stared back at us blankly after having scroll through her entire list of outgoing terminals
trust me
this is not exactly the type of response i was hoping
she asked us (crys and i) to look through again if she's missed our name
true enough, she jolly did!
and we booked it a month earlier!!
i did a double take
thinking
"oh no, we can't afford to delay this! We've timed everything right and she better do something about it"

and boy she did
she gave us
THE BEST TERMINAL IN THE LAB!!!
no one has ever used it!
'cus it's brand spanking new
it doesn't even have any software installed!
us being the first to use it is not the best bits...

not that it matter to you
but it's a big deal to me
me + waiting = SO NOT FUN-NY
rendering the blardi video takes time
and it being faster really saves me from my misery
and and and...bragging is so fun!

so while Linda was "sorry-ing" us for the mix up
i was secretly thanking her big time!

the Raya-week break is nowhere near a break for me

with some stupid Advertising Video to do

a voxpop recording for journalism

and an essay to work on

if i had any way out

i'll raise the white flag

and surrender

it gets to a point where getting your assignments done is

a never ending back breaking torture

it really never seems to end

and i honestly do not know WHY!

but, probably 5 months down the road

i'll be begging for assignments

and making mighty complaints abt work
