had a good day =)

aaahh...Friday was such a good day for me. :)

it didn't start off too well though, because i was pretty grumpy and tired due to all the previous late nights and early morning to prepare for the DHL presentation. But what brightened me up was that i was finally going to see someone so close to my heart after about 9 months.

I left the house at about 7 am, because i had to be in college by 10am..to rehearse our presentation for the last time in front of our lecturers. I felt like i was totally unprepared for the presentation actually, because my lecturers changed like two-thirds of my slide contents just the day before. And that night itself, i stayed up with a fellow presenter in Mcd SS15 till 1 AM, figuring out the "script". In the presentation to our client, there were three of us, and being the last one, my lecturer stressed that i had to be more aggressive to leave an impact on them. And hm, being aggressive is not really my key characteristic i think!

but as they say, when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. And tough i did go! =) At 2 pm, when the clients arrived, i was freezing because the bloody room was so so cold. But i did better than i myself expected *hee heeeeee*. The overall presentation went very well, and my lecturers said that I had put up a great performance *blush*. It just feels so good to strive for something, and enjoy the benefits of it in the end.

After that, we stayed back till 5 to discuss the ammendments for our research report, and enjoyed the rest of the day with my sayang. im so glad he's back. :)
