tootie-levellegs!

i came back from picking up my pictures and worked on tootie-levellegs ... it's ironic really, cus levellegs hasn't got leveled legs ...it's long one side, and short another.

my bad! i had trouble with the other leg and cut it off at my last attempt to save levellegs from eternal embarassment...but i think he looks quite ridiculous as it is now, but hey, i love his imperfections ohkay ;)

this little levellegs here took three hours to complete...and he's completely hand sewn! no machine! i sat on my bed stitching him up while my youngest brother read his horror book near me. he's great company, cus when he's not reading, he'll stare at 'the-making-of-levellegs' and asks if i'm anywhere near finishing him, or go "why another monster jie?"

prior to this i made an experimental softie, which i'd introduced to my family as "Pillow Monster" because it's ideally a tiny pillow with eyes and nose (but no mouth - i din want it to go eating lil kids up! ;p) and since then, every tiny softie i make, it's termed 'MONSTER' till i give it a name.

"Pillow Monster" is now residing in my boy's car. after having fallen in love at first sight with my tiny monster, my boy has taken possession over it.
