~*glamorous ego boosting blog entry

I never thought being an intern could get this glamorous! *LOL* (waaaay loud!) …it’s my second last day, together with my comrade of 4 babes, and everyone’s going around asking us out for lunch dates and dinner dates! Wowee! So glamour!

So tomorrow is a non working day, it’s a ‘dating’ day, where we appear for lunches while our numerous admirers sit by and drool all over us as we enter! Afterall, we are celebrities! *now’s your cue to laugh the shit out of me ok! ;p)

Plus, it’s ego boosting like hell working here, every morning, no make that, on certain lucky mornings, I walk in with comments like “eh lawa la you” “eh nice la your ear rings” … even if you’re puking over what I just wrote, think about it, it sure beats walking into an office who disses you right? ;p *sigh* I could live happily this way … though I must reveal a secret, I’m not that lawa and my ear rings are the only thing that are pretty…not me…they’re all blind I assure you.

On a serious tone, I really appreciate they take the initiative to celebrate our leaving…kind of makes you think if they are sad you’re leaving or rather celebrating your demise ;p but anyhow, it still makes us feel special so who cares! I’m sure, just as they are, we’re both happy to be leaving each other ;p but we’re not that terrible, mind you…my boss has been going around telling everyone in sight -

“these are the best interns I ever had”

… even if he’s lying, I choose to believe he really meant it! *heehee* such a sucker! Wait, does that make me naïve?

And the silliest thing I am doing now, apart from typing this during working hours, is sms-ing a colleague of mine who is sitting a stone’s throw away! And you’d think mouths are made for talking…but we decide to leave it to our fingers to do the job! She’s begging me for the rights to my phone number…which I relentlessly said “NO”…wait, I din say NO, my fingers typed N-O. But I gave in anyway, it’s not cheap to type ok. So I’m just going to wait for this coward colleague of my colleague, whom she said was cute, sweet nice young thing, to pop a call on me.

Speaking of phone numbers, crystal has been gaining an entire string of admirers who’s pouncing on her at every chance they get (which she returns with a COLD HARD GLARE that might have ate them up if they did not retreat! told you she's *ROAAAR*) while huai lin has gone into hiding to avoid serigalas and making a fool out of herself in front of the *cutest* guy she saw! And me, poor me only managed to get my boss annoyed! *lol* this guy from Catcha.com has been harassing my boss for my number and it’s soooooo funny to see my boss relate the story! I cracked up at his annoyed face when he told me what happened!

I told my boy about it, and he happily took it as some funny joke…and we were at 1 Utama a few days ago to watch a mid night movie…so while he was chatting away with his friends, I strayed away to check out some stuffs…while walking quietly by myself, he sneaked up behind me and screamed “CATCHA!”

Not funny ok! Cus I screamed so LOUD, heads were turning in my direction (this is not the kind of attention I was looking for!) and he burst into laughter while I stood there stunned cus I thought he wanted to rob my bag!

If it really happens, I’m sure as hell i'm the best target to rob (please, I’m not trying to put ideas into your heads;p) cus not only will I scream so LOUD, I’ll scream so LOUD only after 5 seconds from the initial shock. By then the robber would have ride away into the sun…
