ooh lookie!

those were fireworks chiams and i spotted outside her house yesterday....though it was some distance away, we were still magically attracted to it, which prompted us to 'stone' in front of chiams' house ;0 ... and later be yelled at by Na for being slowpokes! hahaha...

it was nothing spectacular, really, but you know what fireworks do to me (and chiams) ... i just think they're simply magical...like tiny lightbulbs that burst into flames against the night sky.

today i woke up extra early! like at 8.30 am! probably the earliest i have ever woken up these days! but it's all for a good cause...the world of false pretense! the celluloid! simply put it, i woke up that early to watch THE SHUTTER! ;) .. so drama! anyway, i have been wanting to watch this horror flick for some time, just that my boy was never in favor for it, cus there are other films that are worthier than The Shutter =* ... but i was up for it ok! went to midvalley for the first show..and it's only RM6! how cost-saving is that?

ok The Shutter...i know it's a lil stale by now, but anyways it's not as scary as everyone says it is! i really need something to scare the shit out of me man! and The Shutter didn't quite do the job! but heck, it's waaaaaaaaaaay better than Pontianak Sundal Harum Malam ok! and and and..OMG, Ananda Everingham is just so so so so so HUNKY with the capital everything! I think i was checking him out in every single frame instead of concentrating on the storyline. But the build up was good, it has all the elements of a good story and i like the way it was told...and if you ask me, the Shutter is worth your money (big part goes to the very fact that Ananda is so worth my RM6!)
