Took an afternoon to lunch out with Peen at Departure Lounge today and it's great to be out seeing humans after a week hiatus spent hibernating at home. Surprisingly, chatting with Peen today was far off from what things were aeons ago! It's so 'working-like' talk, instead of 'who's studying what' conversations, as Annie mentioned. It's terrific too, seeing Annie, instead of yakking nonsense online with her (esp about your stinky watch strap!). Plus, her brother forgot to make my lunch...but we were compensated with two fabulous drinks that everyone who's back here during x'mas MUST try! Jack Frost is my favourite! Minty and ... chewy*. The evening was spent browsing clothes and snipping my hair off...sigh, to which i came home and snipped more off myself.
