~*i'm beginning to feel IT

sun shiny days are over
and i'm finally comprehending the vast ammount of work i've yet to finish
have i been putting things off for too long?

since chiams is always going about how free i am
this post is dedicated to her
'cus it's clear that we're in the same boat! *LOL*

i truly can't begin with the ammount of work i need to get done with
so i'll tell you about my day
mixed with all things not so good and the nice sweet ones too!

yesterday, crys, veni and i drove over to Ampang to meet our client
second meeting
to confirm with the re-edited script
to confirm about the schedule and timing
ya-da ya-da
then this massive bomb in disguise as a phone call came
we've been going through all those shitty bookings for our camera and lightings equipments for days
we've explained to the technicians that we need this and that
and they promised that they could reserve it for us
(it's freaking important because we have to follow the schedule in the strictest manner, and anything gets delayed, we might just won't be able to finish it)

then, ms.lady called and made a big fuss about everything!
she wanted to cut short our bookings
(which absolutely got us SUPER PISSED - Crystal's voice was continually raising as she went on talking to her)
she gave away the one and only lens we've been eyeing! (WTF!)
she made us return the equipments a day early
she made hell seem tame

today
CLARIFICATION DAY
we went ot her office
demanded an explaination
and sorted things out
however, we still lost the lens to another group
coincidentally that group was headed by QiaoXin (a fellow friend who supplies us with Mentos)

i felt really cheated!
cus we booked our equipments so much way earlier and just 'cus our form went in by a few hours late, we lost our lens
(ok, the lens is really not a matter of life and death, but it's a matter of principle that annoyed me)

i just couldn't get it off me
so i called Qiao and asked if we could share the lens
i'll take for only a day and he could use it for the other days
but he made things even better
he said, "no problem, you take the lens for your entire shoot"
did i hear something wrong?
i clarified that both our groups are shooting on the same days, all three days, same!
he told me, it's ok, i can take it, he'll let me use it first
WOW
he made my day
i told him he's an angel! LOL

so, yay-yipee la
things are finally beginning to fall into place
and even Steve (crys's bf) offered to lend us a VAN!
Well, we'll make do with what we have since Huay-Pin and her Jeep is just a distant memory to us now! LOL
come Monday, Crys, Veni and I will possibly look like some major construction workers!

(though the equipments we use somewhat resembles a tiny ant compared to the REAL THING, they're still heavy and that's that ok)
